Blueberry oat fingers

Baked soft oat fingers with squashed blueberries, made for self-feeding.
Ingredients
- Rolled oats — 1 cup
- Blueberry — 1/2 cup (squashed, never whole)
- Banana — 1 large ripe (mashed)
- Egg — 1 (whisked)
Method
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Mash the banana and whisk in the egg.
- Stir through the oats and squashed blueberries (never whole).
- Press into a lined tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 18 to 20 minutes until firm, then cool and cut into soft fingers.
