Ingredients
- Egg — 1 (whisked)
- Cheddar cheese — 1 tbsp (finely grated)
- Unsalted butter — 1 tsp
Method
- Whisk the egg well.
- Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
- Gently scramble the egg for about 2 to 3 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Stir the cheddar through and cool before serving.
