Sardine & tomato mash on toast

Iron- and omega-3-rich sardine and tomato mash on soft toast fingers.
Ingredients
- Sardines — 60g (drained)
- Tomato — 1 small (peeled, deseeded)
- Wholemeal bread — 1 slice
Method
- Mash the canned sardines, soft bones included, with the tomato.
- Lightly toast the bread and cut into fingers.
- Spread the mash thinly on top.
- Serve as soft finger food.
