Salmon & pea mash

Soft mash of flaked salmon, green peas and potato.
Ingredients
- Salmon — 80g fillet
- Green peas — 1/2 cup
- Potato — 1 medium (~150g) (peeled, diced)
Method
- Boil the potato for about 15 minutes until very soft.
- Steam the peas for about 5 minutes and lightly mash.
- Steam or poach the salmon for about 8 minutes until cooked through, then flake finely, checking carefully for bones.
- Mash everything together and cool.
