Salmon & pea mash

Soft mash of flaked salmon, green peas and potato.

Method

  1. Boil the potato for about 15 minutes until very soft.
  2. Steam the peas for about 5 minutes and lightly mash.
  3. Steam or poach the salmon for about 8 minutes until cooked through, then flake finely, checking carefully for bones.
  4. Mash everything together and cool.
