Soft small pasta in a creamy ricotta, spinach and tomato sauce.

Method

  1. Boil the pasta for about 12 minutes until very soft.
  2. Wilt the spinach with the tomato in a pan for about 4 minutes.
  3. Stir the ricotta through to make a creamy sauce.
  4. Mix with the pasta, cool and cut into small pieces.
