Cauliflower cheese mash

Soft cauliflower and potato mash made creamy with grated cheddar.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower — 1 1/2 cups florets (~120g)
- Potato — 1 medium (~150g) (peeled, diced)
- Cheddar cheese — 2 tbsp (finely grated)
Method
- Boil the potato for about 15 minutes until very soft.
- Steam the cauliflower for about 8 minutes until very soft.
- Mash the potato and cauliflower together.
- Stir the cheddar through to melt it in, then cool.
