Banana & oat baby pancakes

Three-ingredient soft pancakes that double as finger food.
Ingredients
- Banana — 1 ripe (mashed)
- Rolled oats — 1/2 cup (blended to flour)
- Egg — 1 (whisked)
Method
- Mash the banana and whisk in the egg.
- Blend the oats to a flour and stir through.
- Cook small pancakes in a lightly oiled pan until set and golden.
- Cool and cut into strips.
