Apple & cinnamon porridge

Warm oat porridge with stewed apple and a pinch of cinnamon.

Method

  1. Stew the grated apple with 1 tbsp water for about 4 minutes until soft.
  2. Simmer the oats with the milk for about 5 minutes, stirring, until thick.
  3. Stir the apple and cinnamon through.
  4. Cool to just warm before serving.
