Soft plant-protein dinner mash of tofu, sweet potato and broccoli.

Method

  1. Steam the sweet potato and broccoli for about 12 minutes until very soft.
  2. Steam the tofu for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mash everything together until smooth.
  4. Loosen with a little water to the right texture.
