Chicken & vegetable rice

Soft, lumpy chicken and vegetable rice for older babies.
Ingredients
- Chicken — 100g (diced small)
- White rice — 1/2 cup dry
- Carrot — 1 small (~70g) (finely diced)
- Green peas — 1/3 cup
- Onion — 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Method
- Simmer the rice in 1 cup water for about 15 minutes until very soft.
- Gently cook the onion in a little water, add the chicken and cook through for about 8 minutes.
- Add the carrot and peas and cook until soft.
- Stir everything through the rice, cool and check for any small pieces.
