Chicken & vegetable rice

Soft, lumpy chicken and vegetable rice for older babies.

Method

  1. Simmer the rice in 1 cup water for about 15 minutes until very soft.
  2. Gently cook the onion in a little water, add the chicken and cook through for about 8 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot and peas and cook until soft.
  4. Stir everything through the rice, cool and check for any small pieces.
