Carrot & chickpea mash

Plant-protein lunch mash of steamed carrot and chickpeas.
Ingredients
- Carrot — 1 large (~100g) (peeled, diced)
- Chickpeas — 1/2 cup cooked
- Cumin — 1 small pinch
- Olive oil — 1 tsp
Method
- Steam the carrot for about 12 minutes until very soft.
- Warm the chickpeas and mash well to break the skins.
- Mash the chickpeas with the carrot.
- Stir in the olive oil and a tiny pinch of cumin.
