Pear & quinoa breakfast bowl

Soft cooked quinoa with mashed pear, cinnamon and a swirl of yoghurt.

Method

  1. Rinse the quinoa and simmer in 2/3 cup water for about 13 minutes until soft, then cool slightly.
  2. Stew or finely mash the ripe pear.
  3. Stir the pear and cinnamon through the quinoa.
  4. Swirl in the full-fat plain yoghurt.
