Pear & quinoa breakfast bowl

Soft cooked quinoa with mashed pear, cinnamon and a swirl of yoghurt.
Ingredients
- Quinoa — 1/3 cup dry (rinsed)
- Pear — 1 ripe
- Cinnamon — 1 small pinch
- Full-fat plain yoghurt — 2 tbsp
Method
- Rinse the quinoa and simmer in 2/3 cup water for about 13 minutes until soft, then cool slightly.
- Stew or finely mash the ripe pear.
- Stir the pear and cinnamon through the quinoa.
- Swirl in the full-fat plain yoghurt.
